Monthly Support Group
This is an open group for anyone experiencing feelings of loss or grief. No need to sign up, just show up.
Our monthly support group meets the last Monday of the month at 6:30pm. The main focus of this group is to use the grief recovery components and apply them to your loss. This is a great opportunity to catch a glimpse of some of the content taught in our Grief Recovery Classes.
Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss, this also means that is can be a reoccurring feeling. There are more than 40 plus life events that can create the feelings of grief. This group helps one reinforce the NEW behaviors of grief recovery.
