Helping Children with Loss 4 Week Class

Unlike the other programs offered by Aspen's Angels, which focus on taking specific personal loss action, this is an educational program, designed to give you the tools to help children.

Group Grief Recovery Class

Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to loss, but most of the information we’ve learned about dealing with loss is intellectual. Although our Grief Support Groups involve some educational elements, effective Grief Recovery must deal with your broken heart, which requires emotional support instead of intellectual explanations.

Four-Week Continuation Group for Program Graduates:
Have you completed the Grief Recovery Method program and want to continue your healing journey? This four-week alumni group offers graduates a supportive space to deepen their recovery work and apply the tools they’ve learned to additional losses.
