I'm an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist & Grief Educator with an unwavering passion to help you through your toughest losses and reclaim your life.  My passion stems from experiencing the passing of my first born daughter in 2003. I learned that there were so many lies about how to grieve, and worst yet... I had believed them.

I have been helping people process their grief since 2016, everyday my passion for this work grows. If I can help someone process their grief quicker and healthier than I did, my mission here is complete.  I'm a Grief Recovery Specialist on a mission to help other grievers. There are many types of loss we can incur in our lifetime that create grief other than death including divorce, pet loss, loss of health, loss of safety or trust through violence or other events, changes in career, moving, life changes (empty nest, retirement) or even losses that occur in childhood through abuse or neglect.  Loss is cumulative and our past is our present until it is healed.   Read More about Tara here...
